Sue Fitchett

Sue Fitchett lives on Waiheke Island (New Zealand). Her publications include Palaver Lava Queen (AUP, 2004); Charts & Soundings; Some Small Navigation Aids with photographer Jane Zusters (Spiral/Spinifex 1999); Drawing Together with Janet Charman & Marina Bachmann (Spiral 1985). She was co-editor of Eat These Sweet Words, the lesbian volumn of The New Zealand Anthology of Lesbian & Gay Poetry (Giant 1999). Her poems, short fiction and articles have appeared in various journals, anthologies and selections. Sue was the Louis Johnson Bursar in 2001/2002, and has been a placegetter or received commendations in a number of national and international competitions.
