The Indian publishing industry has grown rapidly with the worlds attention converging on it: creating a meaningful B2B platform for publishers was thus essential and the Jaipur BookMark was conceived to run parallel to the Jaipur Literature Festival. In the 7 years since its inception, JBM has fast emerged as a nerve centre for the South Asian publishing industry and is indeed a focal point where books mean business.

In 2020, the world grappled with a pandemic and businesses learned to reinvent themselves and adapt to an entirely new digital idiom. JBM 2021 will be held in February as a virtual event and as always will bring together all stakeholders of the business of books over meaningful discussions and far-reaching resolutions.
